The Heritage Park Estates Subdivision in Sarnia, Ontario.  This is the subdivision that is about 12 years old and growing with over 300 houses now, and the streets are named after Canadian Artists (Michael Snow Court, Tom Hodgson Court, Doris McCarthy Court, Ronald Bloore Drive, David Bolduc Street, David Blackwood Drive, Alex Cameron Court, Paul Sloggett Court, Ron Martin Court, John Hall Court, Graham Coughtry Court, Ron Bolt Street, etc.)

It includes pictures and the list of names on the World War I Memorial that sits in Heritage Park (off Upper Canada Drive).  Unfortunately there isn’t a paved walking path or even a roughed in one to get to it.  You have to be able to walk across the grass which is difficult for those who are unsteady and/or require a mobility device to get to it.
