The TurnerMoore 100th Anniversary Vimy Dinner is at The Royal Canadian Legion headquarters on Front Street with a cash bar starting at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30. Guest speakers will include local military historians Tom Slater, author of the War Remembrance Project, and Randy Evans, a contributor to the project. Lt. Col. Mark Poland, Commanding Officer of the Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada, will be the keynote speaker.
Tickets are $40 per person, or $300 for a table of eight.
